Michael Aastrup Jensen

He is a former mayor of Randers and current Member of Parliament for the Liberal Party since 2005.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.thedanishparliament.dk/Members/vmije.aspx )〕 He has been politically active since he as a 14-year-old joined the Young Liberals and the Liberal Party in Randers. In subsequent years he held various positions within these organizations.
In 1998-2006 he was a Member of Randers Town Council and was appointed mayor in 2002.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.thedanishparliament.dk/~/media/CV/Pdfdoc/pdfDocuments/VMIJE_en%20pdf.ashx )〕 Thus, he became the youngest mayor ever in Denmark.
Since the 2011 Danish parliamentary election Michael Aastrup Jensen has been spokesman on cultural affairs and IT.〔 He is also a Member of numerous committees, including the Danish delegation at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.〔
